It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Jock McCockney is no longer with us.

Jock McCockney passed away at the end of February and will be missed by all the Moreton Pit staff and Mr and Mrs Fat Controller.   Jock was a big help in the arrival of  our Regner ‘Willi’ which we collected from him in Scotland for Mr Fat Controllers ‘special’ birthday.

So, we are dedicating that lovely film ‘Oor Wullie arrives at the MPLR’ to Jock McCockney.

To Jack RIP

    sorry to hear about jock, gone to the big distillery in the sky(skye?)
    like your willie, i will show you mine at your next open day.(i have renamed mine “blanche” to save embarasment. coffee stirers make ideal boiler lagging.
